We designed and developed a platform for a Canadian client aimed at streamlining the rental and leasing of office spaces. The platform serves as a marketplace where landlords (lenders) can list buildings and vacancies, categorized by city and submarket, while tenants can search and inquire about available spaces. The system ensures smooth communication between landlords and tenants, offering a simplified and efficient solution for office space management.

The platform also includes a robust admin portal, providing comprehensive control over various management features, ensuring smooth operation of the system.
